WoW Tiling will use all the correct materials for the job including but not limited to.

Sub floor preparation:

Latex

cement board 

Decoupling membrane

Floor grinding may be required to accept tiling and ensure longevity of the workmanship. 

Wall Preparation 

Walls should be free of wallpaper and paint 

Wall primer must be used on all walls that will be tiled.

Tanking membrane should be applied to wet areas (showers)
